The PIP Program at Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) offers statewide early intervention, family-centered opportunities free of charge for children ages 0-5 who are deaf/hard of hearing or blind/visually impaired. A specialized team of trained professionals, serve as parent advisors and deaf mentors. They provide individualized services to Florida residents in the family’s home and in the child’s natural environment. They also host learning communities and parent networking events throughout the state.
FCD provides a wide variety of programs for families throughout Pinellas County. In addition to tutoring, summer programs, and social activities for deaf and hard of hearing children, they also provide resources for parents and Vocation Rehabilitation for deaf adults.
